How Do We Communicate in Groups Effectively?

The idea of 'collective enforcement' is an old one, but it's been brought to a new level by the advent of social media. The notion that you can be held responsible for certain types of behaviors by communities in mats has never been seen before and could have huge impact on our justice system.
