Re framing involves essentially explaining a situation in a different way to help his players look at a problem from another angle. By re framing something, you can change some one's perception. Steve jobbs loved re framing. Here's an example of when he used it. He begged his first ipod engineers to make the ipod smaller. Now they complained, saying there is simply no way they could make it any smaller. It is impossible. So steve jobs decided to refram the problem, he picked up the ipod prototype and dropped it in a fish tank in his office, and then he watched bubbles come out.
