The Consumption Model at Confluent

It really takes a cultural change and kind of a mindset change to embrace a consumption model within your company. As we've been introducing even more of a consumption model at Confluent as part of the cloud managed service offering that we have, we've learned a lot along the way. And again, in terms of how does this help you scale revenue, I'm a huge believer that the more resources in the company, the more functions in the company that are focused on maximizing actual customer usage,. That's a great thing because all of a sudden you're that much more aligned with actual customer outcomes.
