How to Increase Recruitment for ACL Authors

We got 480 responses, 327 of which were in our target demographic. It came out to something like five percent-ish of the total,. But it was enough to give us enough statistical power to say interesting things about the results. One thing that I definitely would have done differently is how we do recruitment.
