The Taste of Tuscany
I grew up in Tuscany and that food kind of spoiled me for, and then I got sent to America in the late 80s. That was a shock to my food system and others parts of my system that I never quite got over. The theatre of food sometimes, if they put like, foams and smokes on it and things like that, you're not into it. It just means I won't like it. I think that's a great idea for a TV show because chefs like Gourmet chefs used to be lauded and appreciated by everyone.
