How to Choose a Breakpoint in a Responsive Container?

The idea is that you have these two parts, so that lhay, the layout itself is responsive. It will change at a certain breakpoint. And then i have these content areas, which are kind of generic h tmel containers. And i can just place different css of h tmo components in those lay out areas and make sure that the components themselves will squish to fit the space that they have available.
