Should a Physio Relocate the Shoulder?

In an atromatic instability, I see no reason why a physio can't help with relocation of that shoulder. We now teach patients how to self-relankate the atromatic, unstable shoulder and we have videos which I'm sure I'm happy for listeners to access on our website. The trauma group, in the right school set, you could argue yes, but I would be really cautious of the older patient. Other pathology, it would obviously clearly not be wise to do that until you've got an x-ray.
