How to Deal With Anxiety in a Psychiatric Setting
During the first holiday break over christmas, he went to an oncall doctor. Alex uses such words frequently, ostensibly out of linguistic clumsiness. I have a sense that there is something else involved, as if under the surface, there is something violent inscribed into his speech. In almost every session, he speaks about which symptoms are bothering and worrying him the most at that moment. We work out that the thought it is a dangerous disease leads to even more tension, which in turn creates even more dizziness and pressure in his head. At which point all his fears take over. Still, i have the feeling that it worries you. It's nothing, i think it's normal.
