How Did You Find the Right Property Management Company?
We did everything right there we did ask all the questions. I just think that we weren't really paying attention to how many properties these people were trying to manage. The maintenance wasn't done right where being charged too much and collections were great at first but then they weren't tenants try to pay the rent sometimes. And literally, like I said, we're playing it by the book.
