The New York Pilharmonic

The pilharmonic was the first building to open in the entire campus on september 20 third 19 62, with bernstein and the new york pil harmonic. It would take a philanthropist and sound engineer named avery fisher to donate ten point five million dollars redee the hall,. As gratitude, they named it after him for a very long period of time, until david geffin came along. Geffin, of course, worked in music, but he's a record and film producer. He gave a hundred million dollars, and to then do another renovation, which has not yet been done, but is slighted to be done in the coming year.
