I think women, they gave a different perspective and voice, which is very important. And I personally benefit a lot from working with women. They give me inspirations and motivations too. In fact, it's when more women working on the science of STEM, then it will attract more younger women to work on these views. That's fascinating. And yes, you should print out a little sticker and put it on your laptop saying, I am a superwoman because you did really do something that is amazing. It took a lot of work, of course.
