I've noticed something else recently on teams that lack E and I think it's like, so think of a team map where they're fully represented in everything but E. So you go from WID to G and T. And what it feels like is happening there is that that is just a siloed organization that gets results. Everyone is working more in silos. There's no joy or energy about tenacity people who don't care about the result.
