In a leverage situation, whoever has the most certainty usually is the one that's going to or come home with a deal. The more you know about something, the less certain you are about it. This is why politicians have all the answers and then muddies up the water when they bring scientists in front of congress. And so this is another thing that happens because, you know, people leave corporate and they underestimate that they need 50% of their time on sales in marketing.
