Chinese Intervention in the Ukraine Conflict

Defence Minister there said at some point it may be necessary to look at the contribution of fighter jets. I think that the spring offensive, the President's Lensky is said to be planning. So this is all very much long term and inevitably there will be frustrations in Kyiv on the fighter jet front. But again something will return to. And just one last remark, I do think it is significant that Chinese intervention today with regard to them offering these 12 points of what they think a future piece could look like. It doesn't really change anything fundamental in what China have said prior to now into what they envisage the end game as it were to look like.
