Making Friendships Deeper Than You Think
The older you get, it's harder to make friends. A lot of that is because it feels vulnerable. Not being vulnerable not only hurt your relationships, so can also hurt you. We need to open up a little more about how we're feeling and what our concerns are. Once you say things that one person might be able to use against you, the best way to get some kind of understanding from someone else is to let them in.
