Pre Meditation

Workers see somebody who's been at a workplace for longer, who seems to have higher credentials than they do. And so this becomes a kind of Machiavellian sort of move that is sort of played out. I don't really go into as you guys know it, I guess the psychology of why people do this although I find it fascinating. It would be great to think that it was also something that managers were taught about but having been dipping into contemporary leadership leadership material, which I know maximize working on.
