I like the idea of sort of celebrating your wins because anyone who plays a lot over the board you're certainly going to have your losses that sting and it's easy to lose confidence so it is nice I like I guess per hall's idea of of collecting your best moments no matter how modest they may be in the big picture of chess now really before this has been great but before we let you go we have one more listener question from fellow chess trainer David Lazarus.
