If we ever have a super human AI, it will probably be bored with that. So just bugger off, but I couldn't be wrong. My take is tokenize national broadcast data to reflect the culture of a country. Do large scale feedback loops on education and healthcare and other things. And use that to feed into national data sets and models. Like stable LMR first release had lots of Reddit and it was bad.
