The Pros and Cons of the Infrastructure Act
I worry that the broker provisions are such a fundamental assault on Bitcoin and the larger cryptocurrency community. I'm also concerned about another iteration of choke point taking place. The source of it is this huge discretion that regulators are afforded to regulate the reputation of financial institutions. We shouldn't have such a broad authority that can affect everyone.
