What Is This Blessing?
Blessing is not a promise to make abraham and his family line help wealthy and wise, in the language of benjamin franklin. In fact, abraham's life, if you know the story, was anything but easy. He went through famine, bankruptcy, betrayal, infertility, for decades, waiting on god, doubt despair. The second part is that abraham then, in turn, will father the world, that he will pass on that divine favor, that love, that approval, all those good intentions to the world around him.
