The Fear of Judgment in Relationships

When we let ourselves interact with other people that's when we learn the biggest lessons. We have a beautiful community of people who are not going to judge you. I had so much self judgment and even now sometimes I'll like get ready for it  and I'll be like oh am I going to be able to like do this tonight like what if somebody says something about me? It's just like all this crap that I have to put down on like I'm not doing this for me I'm doing this for them.
