Leadership Is More Like Following Jesus

The word offices are not found in the greek text when it comesto gifts or so we're actually looking more ofa of a flat leadership, or something different than an office of of leadership. And he flattens the hierarchy down so that it's basically jesus and then all of us. So what the language i like to use is lateral leadership instead of vertical. We don't need to have a leader that does the work for us. We're to all do itand i think that this is the kind of faith that needs to take fire and start to spread because it's been contained by this hierarchical system.
