Quantum Computing Networks Have a New Property - The Not and Gate

Universality has several interrelated aspects including the fact that a single standard type of quantum gate suffices to build quantum computational networks with arbitrary functionality. At the present state of technology, realizing them well enough to perform any useful computation is still a tremendously challenging, unattain target. Any gate with this property is known as a universal quantum gate. The possible motions of one or two qubits through a gate, though continuous, are not isomorphic to the possible motions of a larger network.
