Sally Kohn: Work addiction is really the primary addiction that isn't ever talked about. It's extricably linked to the intersection of racism and capitalism and patriarchy. All the meditation in the world means nothing till you get off the cushion and you're in traffic and someone cuts you off and you yell, thank you. That's why I love Tiknad Han and the word engaged and this ties into your action. Don't just preach things. Don'tjust want things. Be engaged because if you're really engaged in the world, you see how fucked up it is. Otherwise, you'd just sleep in. Wake up.
