Are Migrant Workers Able to Vote?
It is not established that it is because of migrant workers being able to vote or not, Joker says. Post-un ballots are available for armed forces personnel who are posted in area where they cannot work. It is available to people who are on election duty and they have to go to a place which is away from their normal residence. The other method issue is that they do not stay in one place for around one year, six years or so on.
