I think Bulmer was kind of like a financials operations guys and he was good at that. But I think on the strategic level, he didn't have it. He made all the big mistakes. A lot of Bulmers mistakes are sins of emissions. So you don't see it because it's something he didn't do. But he had all of the pieces to do it. They just didn't use them well. The pieces were there, but he was so focused on protecting windows. It's almost like Microsoft is such a good business that even Bulmer couldn't screw it up totally.
