Cricket coachings are a big question. I mean, where do you start with coaching? There's only so much one can do when you once you're on the test series. And that's why, i think, when you look at the names and the people in these back room stuffs, what are they actually doing? Youe know, sure the they've got a credibility am they know, they're cricket, they're good cricket thinkers. But if they're not doing much, you're not able to much. Send them back to leeds or london, or wherever it is, and get them in the nets with the 18 ninetee and 20 year olds
