The lowest life expectancy in England at 78 is Blackpool followed by Bradford West. A couple of scientists discovered that after economists and the psychologists that money actually buys happiness. So yes poverty makes life expectancy low, wealth as we can see from the royal family makes life expectancy very very high. You're happier, you live longer unless of course there are things that you cannot really deal with like diseases or things that are of your control that money cannot actually control.
