In the morning, I had several cups of cold brew coffee before my workout. After my workout, I had a big salad with mixed greens and it's sort of like my, I don't know, I've moved. Later in the day, early dinner-ish, I had zucchini noodles with ground beef and tomato sauce. And then I ended up being up later than I wanted to be, just doing some work and I got hungry. So I had an apple with some cheddar cheese. It is not an all or nothing proposition. Any improvement will lead to progress for your health, for your goals.
