I Can't Worry About That, but Not Now

I'm going to journal about my concerns. I'm going to let that worry have some space and then when it's five 30, i'm going to put that away. That seems to be a bit more effective than thinking you can get rid of the worry. So try some of these four strategies to help break some of the cycle of that worry.
