The Cold War and Soft Power in the 21st Century
Soft power is a term that often is used particularly within kind of political theory. Power in the 21st century has changed, apart from Putin you don't invade countries to construct your power on the international stage. Power now is about multi-sector connectivities and the people to people connections is one of them. Through the digital Silk Road, the Health Silk Road there are infrastructure, public health infrastructure being built that have consequences not really fit into those categories of soft and hard power.
