Using P Hacking to Test a New Metric?

Yammer has a new metric called P value, which is 0.30% by the time it's 5%. The smaller the metric moves, the bigger the P value. Yammer won't even consider stuff until it starts dipping down with that number. For me, A bit doesn't get so boring. It's the most fun part of your job.
