Everybody has that little ity bitty thing going on. Experiment with it, cause there's fears and blocks,. But experiment, just just experiment. When you're going toward something important, you're geting high jacked, i call it getting high jacked - whether it's anger, despair, inr criticism, is one of the things to do. Get mind w slow it down, and name what's showing up. And then soothe it. Slow it down. Slowing the breathing down, slow's body and mind down.
