Using Open Text Within Hats
Google asked users what they disliked about converting word files to google docks. The team learned that there were certain things like tables got completely screwed up, other text form adding. That was kind of a really actionable and specific case that showed us that that second level of investment can be potentially more more prescriptive than just the first one.
