The Nagoya Court Ruling on Discrimination Against the LGBTQ Community
Japan is the last G7 nation not to recognize same sex marriage. The ruling comes in lieu of a bill that would actually outlaw discrimination toward the LGBTQ community. There's going to be a second ruling in Tokyo, but there's a ruling set to come out tomorrow where a recording on June 7th and it comes out June 8th from the Skokka District Court.
