The Fifth Amendment Is a Very Low Standard

The taking the fifth is something that we can all use as lay citizens, not in a criminal court. We can sort of say, you know, if they must have something to hide because frankly, it's required that a truthful answer would tend to incriminate you. So how can Roger Stone, who is asked what his age is, and he says, I invoke the Fifth Amendment? That clearly, nothing about his age is going to incriminate. And so then how can he use it in the second?
