The Importance of a Staff Project

There is a myth essentially that the the staff project is the most important project. The majority of folks i spoke with didn't have a staff project and so this is a case where the promotion package is actually really powerful. Knowing what's true for your company is more important than knowing what the norm is. Making sure there's visibility for work that you're doing cross-functional works easy to miss pulling in um how you've solved some of the problems.
