Do You Have Long Acting Medication for Blood Pressure?

Noble: We often talk about re starting long acting medications, or if we're really sure this person has uncontrolled hypertension as an out patient. Sometimes that takes a while to start working. Do you ever find any roll for those shorter acting medications in the hospital for blood? Noble: For blood pressur control, i usually use the general, normal med that we use for blood pressure. And part at is the reason that we probly are not seeing as benefit when people leave the hospital with escalading doses.
