The Importance of Focus in CrossFit

I think UFC was incredibly smart in a lot of the things they did one of them being and it's funny I actually I knew someone that was on the UFC like you know business corporate side And the deal that they signed with ESPN was very expensive. But to know and trust the fact that like this is gonna get you the eyeballs was a great move. CrossFit is always gonna be hamstrung by the fact that as an organization You have the sport yeah, and you have the methodology and the affiliates  they're always gonna be Defided.
