I think that we mold ourselves to our current situation. I don't even know my own daughter's phone numbers, but why? Because they're in my favorites. What are we losing by not using just because our cell phones make it possible? And the definition that I like for mindfulness is non-judgmental awareness of the present. So yeah, mindfulness as a practice could be a way for people to get better at reverie.
