David: There's a massive potential for those talented engineers to then go found startups of their own within their own home countries with those labels from kind of successful Western startups behind them. The average annual salary for a senior developer in the US is around about a hundred and fifty thousand dollars how that compares in Mexico closer to about seventy thousand dollars and and Argentina it's around about thirty eight thousand dollars so actually we are talking about quite substantial differences.
