The S Corp doesn't always make the most sense. It really depends on what your profit is, what you can legally not to pay yourself as reasonable compensation. The one thing I do want to point out since this is our friends at Narpham's podcast,. It's extremely disadvantageous, I guess you could say, to put real estate in an S Corp.
