Are You a Hero?
In a survey of ten thousand health care workers in australia, people felt they were underpaid and undersupported. People didn't want to be called heroes for doing their job, but wanted some appreciation from their organization or the community. So effectively, what has to change is the organization and the system around them. We need longitudinal solutions with investment in the environment, improving the workplace environment as well as how we support work force.
