The Military Brings Up Proportional Representation

In a military that just hammers proportional representation. Proportional representation, you're going to be promoted because you'r raised your ethnic background or your gender does not reflect the general population. So then they're turning around to the middle class, white male, probably below average income person who was the bread and butter of their combat units. O you really believe that if women or minorities were dying in twice their numbers in the general population, people wouldn't be angered? And i said this on a podcas and i got attacked by a person that said that that was beneath me. I have no problem if every four star general is black and he wern't earned that americratic
