Today, I am blessed to have here with me Zane Griggs. He is an Optimal Health & Longevity Consultant, an expert in the field of health focusing on preventing diseases, slowing aging, and living longer.
In his 20s, Zane started lifting in college, and like many young adults, he ate whatever he wanted and took junk supplements. But in his mid-20s, he began to think more about health and eventually focused on longevity. Now, Zane is helping people improve their metabolic health and fitness and offers practical strategies for unlocking optimal health and longevity.

- You can have fitness and performance goals, but longevity goals should be prioritized.

- Start with your diet first.
- Diet is what you do. Every day, it's a conscious effort. It's where you start balancing your hormones out.
- If you start exercising, most people will get hungry, which goes back to the diet.
