Is the Economic Policy Incompetent?

I'm afraid there is a sense of anger about the fact that very rich people are doing well out of the economic crisis we're facing. This whole policy is basically for them, as far as I can tell. How is this not just taking money from the British people and just giving it to 1%? You start to think that maybe they're doing on purpose. Is it daylight robbery? Is that what's going on? I don't know. Maybe I'm speculating. But when the policy is clearly, just take the country's money and give it to a bunch of bankers or let a small percentage of people working in finance take all of the money away.
