Technocratic Government and Italy's Problems

i agree with you completely that technocracy, to get back to our original idea, is bellardian in its terror. It locates power away o the democratic parts of power. And i think that this is something that actually lies a lot behind the brexet vote as well. The problem with coalitions like italy has is that it can lead to operation that's just not really controlled by anyone,. or puts under democratic oversight by anyone.
