Ralph Blackson and Gavin Coates were convicted of murdering mailman Eric Burley. The two applied for a reward in exchange for information leading to the arrest of the murderers. "Just because you might get paid doesn't mean you'd lie about a man murdering someone," says CNN's John Sutter.
