What Will Labor's Energy Plan Last for Two Years?

Liz Trost stood on a platform for this summer when she talked about being a low tax society. Jeremy Hunt said we are going to reverse almost all the tax measures announced in the growth plan three weeks ago that have not started legislation in the Commons. It just really compounds the questions that have been asked over the past week. What does she stand for if she is not able to implement that vision, which clearly she's not.
