Is the Environment Important in Corporate Culture?
The environment seem to have, you know, the pandemic has truly pushed the environment down in the agenda. It'll be very important for corporations to make it an important part of their culture for employees,. Otherwise, employees will go somewhere else in terms of a full employment scenario. In terms of allocating profits to environmental causes versus profits of growth, I don't know if that's sustainable when pressure holds. But culturally, if it's not important to accompany to be part of that solution off the top, I think it'd be hard to retain in a growth or employee culture.
